Schedules are commissioned to record the Condition of the Building Fabric at the commencement of new lease agreements on premises or to record the current condition of buildings in close proximity to engineering, redevelopment, boundaries or works to Party Walls.
- Agree in writing Conditions of Engagement and Fee Proposal for Premises.
- Establish extent of repairing liabilities and extent of legal ownership.
- Confirm extent of survey of Services and Equipment Installations and Engagement of sub contractors/consultant specialists required.
- Arrange convenient access to premises with managing agents and occupiers.
- Confirm and arrange specialist access attendance scaffolding & cherry pickers.
- Survey and record a Schedule of Condition of the premises including dated Photographic record as evidence.
- Distribute copies to legal advisors and surveyors for joint signature & attachment to lease agreements, contractual documents or awards.
