- Specification of materials and established repair techniques.
- Sourcing of key skilled crafts persons and contractors.
- Applications for Listed Building Consent to Local Authorities.
- Advice on Building, Extending in Conservation Areas.
- Liaison with Conservation officers , SPAB and Civic Societies.
- Co ordinate historical research and specialist recording of property.
- Carry out exceptional negotiations with English Heritage and other national bodies.
- Note cross reference should also be made to other scopes of services where these can be applied to conservation work.
