PM is the overall co ordination of the design, construction and feedback stages to facilitate construction. The project manager is responsible for appointment of Consultants, contractors and sub contractors on behalf of the client.
- Establish Project Objectives - Clients Brief.
- Agree roles & responsibilities of all project team members.
- Formulate, determine and monitor Project Budget.
- Determine and monitor Project Programme and key dates.
- Address Quality Standards to be applied.
