Reports undertaken on behalf of purchasers of both Residential, Commercial and Industrial Freehold and leasehold premises for ownership and Investment.
Scope:
- Advise clients on the type of survey suitable for particular premises.
- Agree in writing within 24 hours Conditions of Engagement and Fee Proposal.
- Arrange mutually convenient access to property through vendors and agents.
- Confirm any special safe access requirements for high level working.
- Arrange attendance by contractors for opening up structure or finishes.
- Survey and inspect the exterior and interior fabric of the premises.
- Visual inspection of the services installations heating electrical and drainage.
- Advise and organise additional testing of services installations.
- Formulate and prepare Report including likely budget costs of remedial works.
